Disneyland 2008!!!

Sorry it took so long to get pictures posted of our Disneyland trip. We had a great time and can't wait to go again.

Noah was a champ during the long drives - as was Reagan. I made sure to tell Noah that if at any point during the drive, if he felt it was taking to long, that he could always ask grandpa (the driver) if we were there yet... even if he had asked just moments before, he should feel free to ask as often as he wanted. :)

it took us about 15 hours to get to Brandon and Sara's house, which wasn't too bad considering we had two small children. We arrived Thurs. night and Friday day we spent the day relaxing. We went to some outlets and then later we went to this beautiful field of flowers.

The reason Aaron is not in any of the pictures is because he decided to forego seeing the flowers and instead took a nap in the car. May he sleep in peace.

The next day we headed to Disneyland. It was only an hour away, but i'm pretty sure Noah asked "are we there yet" more than he did in the 15 hours it took to get to California. He was beside himself with excitement and i loved every minute of it.

Once we were there, it was a day of finding different characters...

...and riding rides. Apparently Noah is quite the adrenaline junky. I went on Space Mountain with him, which is a dark, fast roller coaster. I kept trying to grab Noah's leg to hold on to him, only to have him push my hand away as he's yelling "don't hold...ahhh...on...to...ahhhh...me...wahoo". it was really fun seeing how much he loved every ride.

I wish there were more pictures of him on rides in Disneyland, but it was too hard to take them on the really fast ones. I think that picture is from a ride in toon town.

On the last day of our Disneyland adventure, Noah finally met the character he'd been waiting to see... Mickey Mouse

It was a great vacation to Disneyland. I think my favorite part was just watching Noah soak it all in.

The last day we were in CA we went to Legoland (thanks Aunt Sara). Grandma and Grandpa were champs and stayed at the house to watch Reagan for us. We had a lot of fun running around, riding rides and racing boats.

On our way back to the house we made a quick stop at the beach. We attempted to get a quick family picture, but the sun was in Aaron's eyes and you can see how well that went....

Sadly, Tuesday came and it was time to pack up. We headed out early in the morning and about 13 hours later, with only 3 stops, we made it home. I laid Reagan down so she could stretch out while we unloaded the car. 20 minutes later... she had not moved an inch. I guess she was just really glad to be out of her car seat.

Looks like a great time... by the way you all still look adoreable. I have not seen you and Aaron since the apts in Chandler, but you don't look like you have changed a bit. Glad you had fun and are making such good family memories.

What a blast! You're new haircut is adorable (even Goofy can't keep his hands off it!), Noah and I could have a great time getting adrenaline highs together, and Aaron is such a nerd in those pic (I say that with love, and props to Raegan for being so good in the car ride! Miss you!

is this "my" post. I thought it would be an "ode to ash" post cause I'd already seen all your fabulous rub it in my face that we haven't been to disneyland pictures.

I am SOO glad Noah had fun in Disneyland. And I love his little toothless grin! Your hair is dang cute, girl. That roller-coaster adrenalin must be pretty wonderful because Ben went on the Matterhorn ride twice and loved it. :) I'm glad you guys had fun and that Reagan cooperated for you. That makes such a difference
